Evan advises business owners on how to position and ultimately transition the ownership of their company. Having previously lead efforts within the firms technical group, he can quickly identify the ideal solutions for his clients. He has helped business owners on a national scale put ideas to paper and bring clarity to complex issues.
Evan has worked with companies across a wide range of industries, drawing on those experiences to bring new ideas to client situations. A large portion of his work with businesses and owners has been on strategic growth plans, internal deal structures, sell-side transactions, key employee incentive plans and implementation, and personal planning.
Evan graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He received his MBA from the Foster School of Business at University of Washington.
When he is not spending time with his wife Stephanie, son Caleb, and dog Duke, you will find Evan out on a golf course, hiking or backpacking around the Pacific Northwest, spending time with friends, experimenting in the kitchen, or out on the coast.
