EVAN FISHER
Evan is a Managing Director and serves on the leadership team with the Rainier Group, advising middle market companies on how to position and ultimately transition the ownership of their business. Being a trusted advisor to business owners working to achieve their goals is the driving factor in Evan’s role.
Evan has worked with companies across a wide range of industries, including food & beverage, business services, manufacturing, distribution, and technology, advising on sell-side and buy-side transactions, pre-transition growth strategies, recapitalizations, and management buyouts.
A graduate of Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, he also received his MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington (and if you’re wondering, he pulls for the Cougs come Apple Cup).
A West Coast native his whole life, living in both Southern California and Washington, Evan now enjoys everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, golfing, traveling, and being involved in the community.
