Tara Mikosz

Tara joined Coldstream in 2017 after working with the firm for over a year as our human resources consultant. She brings 16 years of experience providing advice, counsel, and hands‐on HR services to a variety of small to medium‐sized businesses and non‐profit organizations in the Puget Sound area. She also has 18 years of recruiting experience, hiring high‐quality professionals with deep expertise in their fields.

Tara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from Boston College and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Washington. Although she grew up in Massachusetts, she’s considered Seattle home since 1992. When she’s not at Coldstream, she enjoys gardening, practicing yoga, and wrangling her two energetic children in Woodinville.
